Charlotte Scale is experienced in the service and repair of all makes and models of scales, including but not limited to gram scales, floor scales, bench and counting scales, crane scales, conveyor scales, truck scales, and rail car scales. With 15+ trained and experienced technicians, a fleet of 11 heavy capacity test trucks, and support trucks, Charlotte Scale is here to meet your service needs. We provide same day service, or we schedule a time that is convenient for you. Our trucks are stocked with parts for most brands to get your scale repaired, calibrated and back in operation on the first trip. Charlotte Scale is prepared and has the experience to have you up and running quickly.

Calibrations

Charlotte Scale is accredited to the ISO 17025:2017 standard. Our weights are calibrated on a routine schedule and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). This ensures that your scale(s) are weighing correctly and in compliance.

Charlotte Scale provides access to Calibration Certificates through our proprietary online portal. Through the portal you will be able to locate calibration certificates for all your scales, information on your scales, any photos that were taken of your equipment, and work orders for all of the services that we have completed for your site. This information can be accessed at any time. If you are in the middle of an audit and have misplaced your calibration certificate(s), don’t worry, just log in and you will be able to view/print any certificate you need.

After Hours Service

Charlotte Scale is available 24/7 to keep your down time to a minimum. Call our main number (704) 376-8496. Choose the option for immediate assistance. A technician will contact you to assess the problem. The technician may be able to help via phone, texting or we will come to your site to fix the problem.

Load Testing
